Anyone know a tutorial on how to do this....whats the best way to get stright lines when terra forming...and at the correct hight, and width

Well, here is a discussion of MMP tools.  It is in the Omnibus, which is the user developed manual for this game.  It is full of tutorials, and I strongly suggest that any elementary questions that you have can be answered by reading there.

Practice with the levelling tool is probably the thing that will help you the most. It can be frustrating and time consuming but is the safest, most reliable way.
