Can anyone help me find this add-on?

OK, about a year or two ago, I downloaded an add on from the Exchange which allowed me to plop all of the original game buildings (e.g. Residential, Commercial etc.), however I had to reinstall my computer and now I am unable to find it. From what I remember, it had many downloads (I think I found it when using the list which organises the files by downloads). I can still plop them using some cheat that I found (open cheat box and right click I think) but it does not show me the picture of what I am about to plant, which is inconvenient and time consuming. The add-on that I am looking for allowed me to plop them from the landmark menu.

 

Second question, for some reason my game is in Polish (even though I installed it in English), is it possible for me to change the language to English without reinstalling? This is not entirely important since I know the layout of the menus off by heart, but I just prefer it in a language I understand.

For plopping the lots, could it have been had?

 

As for changing the language, I know there are a couple possibilities. One involved editing the registry to change the language. The other was to add a command prompt to the target line for the SC4 shortcut. I've used both successfully in the past, but it was a few computers and operating systems ago, so I don't know if they're still relevant. There are a couple topics on the procedures either at ST or SC4D. If I can dig them up, I'll post the link if you or someone else doesn't find them.

 

Edit: Take a look at this post and topic for possible solutions. As I mentioned, I don't know if this still applies. It may also depend on what game version you have.
