trying to build a overhead crossing using one way road, but traffic gets cut off if this block of oneway road being placed.

So instead I have to use other oneway road block with road underneath.

That's not really a bug, but rather, a technical difficulty.  Those pieces have been around for almost 10 years, and are among the most frequently used items in the NAM, so it's unlikely they'd have escaped being detected until now.

Make sure you're placing things in the correct direction with those One-Ways.  It also appears you have a "Left-Hand Traffic" or "Left-Hand Drive" (LHD) game.  The proper files should be installed by default when the game reads the Windows registry, but if you messed around with those settings, it's possible you might not have things installed properly for your game's settings (the NAM does not change drive side, and never has).

Thanks Tarkus, but I checked my one way road and the direction is correct, and I definitely installed the left hand traffic NAM and only installed once.

Here's another example that the single one way road block doesn't work again, no traffic at all.

Try activating the DrawPaths cheat, that'll give us more information... ;)

I tried it on another computer, still the same problem. If anyone has chance to try this particular oneway road block, not sure if it's just my problem.

I got that bug too. One-way over blank terrain (without pylon) do not have traffic pathing. I'm using LHD NAM 31.2

It might also happened when I'm still using NAM 30 but I probably just ignore it because the one with pylon works.

Ro-Bo, thanks for posting that.  That clarifies things greatly--the OPs initial explanation made it sound like the OWR-over-AVE piece wasn't working.  From the appearances of it, the non-pylon version (a much more recent addition) didn't receive an LHD path.  LHD pathing works a bit strangely on OWR pieces.

Of course, you'll be able to avoid this altogether when the viaducts go draggable in NAM 32.
