Trouble Installing NAM31

Im trying to install the NAM 31, but during the installation, it says that my SC4 version is not up to date. When I go to update the SC4 version, it says update complete, but nothing changed in the system files, and the NAM31 installation stalls. What can be going wrong?

Make sure your SC4 EXE file is unaltered (no CD cracks or anything like that).  Also make sure you're installing the correct patch (should be the EP1 update; use the correct one for your region/language).

    Also, make sure that your SimCity4.EXE file has been updated to version 1.1.638.0 or higher.

    Got it, thanks for the help. Its working great now
