Lag since update 8

Hi guys,

 

I'm playing 3 different cities at SC5,

1, tech specialized, around 200 000 sims, full map running well

2, education specialization , high education, nuclear power plant, around 150 000 sims, full map, running well

3, Gaming spesialization, 8 casinos, between 50 000 and 80 000 sims, 3 landmarks, 1 airport, 3 trains stations, 2 bus stations, 1 air balloon luncher, 1 stadium, running well at speed 1 but not at speed 2 and 3 since upgrade 8 (2 weeks).

 

Here is my brand new computer pecs:

Intel Core i5 3470 4x3.6GHz
Turbo 2x8Go DDR3-1600 Kingston
WD 1000Go SATA3
GeForce GTX 660Ti 2Go
CoolerMaster Elite 650W
 

I'm with a WI-FI desktop connection and running at full and high quality.

I think I have a good cumputer, much more than required specification for the game. Do you have any idea what cause the lag? Is it a bug due to the game or due to my cumputer specs? Does anyone had the same problem?
