Is there anyways to fix this (shown in the picture) ?  Anytime I have a ramp that ajoins this type of roadway, underneath the maxis overpass, it'll automically mess up the lanes...

Your OWR intersections are too close to the MHW. You need to shift your OWRs by 1 tile for the AVE-6 override to carry under the MHW. There is simply not enough stability code for that setup to work.

Exactly. If you left a 1 tile gap the network would revert back to Ave-6. The use of a starter piece in these areas might help stabilize the network as well.
