I have been playing Sim City 4 for years and recently discovered the whole modding world. Simply Amazing!!!

 

Anyway, with so many different ways to go and download, does any one have any list of must have mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's up to you what kind of city you want to build. With SC4 program we can build any city we imagine! Would you like to  build a aisan style city? Or perhaps a futuristic one? Plugins sets exist for nearly all categories. STEX is your best friend.

The NAM should really be the zeroth thing to download (zeroth because it so important and obligatory that it comes before first), though before downloading anything, you need to patch your game if you haven't done so already.
