Post-apocalyptic 4X, anyone? :D

Heya!

 

I'm looking for a 4X game set in a post apocalyptic setting! Mostly, think Fallout or something. My idea would be something like specialized vaults formerly part of a single shelter project receiving an all-clear signal and colonizing the world on their own (specialized so factions could be different), but I haven't found any such game except a Civilization III / Fallout 2 mod, and several old Civ 2 scenarios.

 

I'm not looking for games set in space (Sins of a Solar Empire for instance), nor am I seeking normal strategy games - but really something like Civilization  in a wasteland

 

I would prefer recolonizing after a nuclear fallout, zombies are meh, but anything goes I do guess.

 

Please help me here, I'm growing desperate
