I'll be honest that UI looked terrible. And the city tile was even smaller than SC2013.

I jest, of course.

Even if this would be real, you'd need whole special rooms just to play it. And a lot more patience than it takes now...

...and it needs to have a 100% offline single player mode, larger city space, large-scale terraforming, flexible city connections, and other popular features that were in SC4 that were removed in SC2013.
