Some questions...education,buses etc

Education

 

What buildings do i need. Do i need to build a grade school, high school, comm college and university for my city. Or maybe just a high school and university?

 

Buses

 

Big bus (regional) terminal, do i place small car parks near them so people can park here to the jump on bus or do they park in the big bus (Regional) terminal?

Any education building will educate sims. 

The only difference is that the college and university create skilled workers when they educate kids. So it boils down to : If you have industry that is tech level 2 or 3 you need a college or university. If you don't then a grade school or a high school is enough.

 

Every bus transportation building is also a station. People go into it to get on a bus. So you don't need park and rides or bus stops next to those buildings.
