When did this region get here? Was it because I downloaded the Amusement Park DLC?

 

It is the very last map after Titan Gorge, alone on its own page.

It was a free region and it's pretty nice but a little gloomy, feels like it has its own filter over it.

I believe Maxis said they used some new textures on this map that weren't seen in the default maps. That may be why it looks different, I haven't played it yet myself. For everything I complain about, I do give them kudos for giving us a free map.

And now if they can add larger city maps, they'll finally be in the ballpark. Right now, EA's only hitting the outside of the city limits (no pun intended).
