Very impressive that you have created a city that gives some of the atmosphere of Paris given the confines of the game (small tile size, limited building options).

I haven't ever played SC2013, so I underestimated  the difficulty of zoning everything correctly, and counting in the ridiculous city sizes, too... [/lengthyeducatedresponse]
