Tourism Numbers

Im in work at the moment so cant get a screencap but I have a query regarding new tourism numbers that are shown, this was added in update 2 or 3... im not to sure which....

 

If I remember when you click on specialiseation > culture the info display on the bottom right displays some numbers.... a bit like....

 

 

 

Low wealth ....   1450/1000

Med wealth.....   20/500

high wealth......  5/100

 

 

I have an idea... but doesnt seem to be the clearest bit of information....  so what exactly is this telling me?

It's telling you that you have high low wealth tourism and practically non-existent med/high. I think the 1450 is the total number of tourists you've had all day, whereas the 1000 is the maximum number of tourists you can have at any given time.

But doesn't the big arena require more than 100 high wealth tourists? So how could that be the max at one given time.

sometimes the numbers go red as well....

They were not the correct numbers by the way.... just off the top of my head...

still haven't figured it out........ its a bit vague...
