Algonquin Metropolitan Area

Algonquin is a city of nearly 430,000 residents and a metropolitan area of around 700,000. The city is home to many financial and insurance companies, as well as a huge industrial sector. Growth prospects are very auspicious. The city and its surrounding suburbs are expected to swell to 2,500,000 individuals over the next two decades. 

 

Much of the area is underdeveloped; however, the west side of Algonquin and the western suburbs are by far the most developed (and desirable) area in which to live. West Algonquin has the highest per capita income of any area in the city. Suburban Kensington, regarded as the most established and respectable suburb of Algonquin, is home to many middle and upper-middle income residents. The wealth travels to Alderney, which is competing with Kensington for "premier suburb." Also in the area are urban-suburban Ridgeton and industrial Fulham. 

 

The other areas of Algonquin are still in infancy stages, but still growing. The sole eastern suburb of Algonquin is East Riverside. It is home to multiple downtown districts and is an entertainment hub for the metro area. The south & southwest suburbs are home to Groveland and Oak Grove. Northern/Northeastern suburbs include Pamello and Avon. Northwest Algonquin is totally undeveloped. 

 

The metropolitan area is the largest in London County, one of fifty counties in European United States of America (EUSA). It is currently undergoing an economic boom, hence the huge prospective growth. In an effort to attract investors and financial capital to the region, the county governor has decided to survey growth in the region.
