I get that a lot but, have no idea how to fix it. Same with the "No Money" when unemployment is and has been 0. Seems to fix itself after a while. However it is a royal pain. Think it will ever get out of beta?

It seems that they just complain about the same thing until they find something new to moan about. I had low water for a little while in my game, and so they started striking about that. I fixed the issue, and they continued to strike about it. Even after a full year in-game. I had a few people move out too.

I've noticed that also. I've also noticed that pollution is causing many more problems than just pollution.

Well, it is a fairly large city. Oh wait, population isn't high enough to be called a city, huh?

The counters restart at midnight  and its 3:46 AM in your pic.

There very well may have been crime previously. 41 criminals/day vs 27 arrests/day suggests you do indeed have a bit of criminal action going on there.

How do I keep this from happening?

My experience (pre-2.0) is that as long as crimes aren't committed you should be ok.  In my CJ city I was running 3 sm. police stations with 6-8 cars each and ~50K residents.  I typically had 90-100 criminals (hiding out broadly across the city with 1-3 in any given medium density building), arrested ~25 a day yet the two jails often had <4 inmates (rehab quickly I guess) and had 0 crimes per day.  There was seldom a complaint regarding crime, sometimes a crook got lucky but rare.  The city flourished and the budget was in the green.

As long as abandonment due to crime isn't happening frequently (not more than 1 building daily, day after day) I wouldn't worry.  Sometimes the stars align just right and a building abandons for an unexpected reason.  If it's happening more frequently and chronically then throw on the crime layer and just watch.  If you still can't see what going on (don't see where crimes are occurring, etc) then chalk it up to the program itself and its not your fault nor can you do anything about it.  Sucks, I know, but we're helpless against it.

Look at the crime overlay and check for orange patches. These are places with a history of criminal activity. Put police stations near the epicenter of the crimes that that the patrol cars will get to the orange spots faster.
