Not sure if I would be willing to ever drive on such a road XD looks very unsafe, and that climb would be hell. The ride down may also be a bit stressful, miss the turn or go a bit too fast and you have a few hundred foot fall XD.

Would this alleviate traffic problems?

Not even close. It will not make them worse, but it will not help. On the 2nd part of the video that total road length would be comparable to doing probably about 10 laps around the city, and with no stops on the road it would take the sims a ton of time to get where they need to go. Id assume it would take your sims less time to get through traffic than it would to drive this road from start to finish.

LOL.  Me too!  I've seen way worse roads than that!
