Help Please!Newbie Here :/ cant start sceanrio tutorial

Hello ! Im new to sim city 

i strted up the game and its telling me to go through a short scenario 

to learn the basics. i click lets get started and it tells me cant load city at this time try again later...

anyone know why its doing this ?

Just the servers fluffing up like they always do.

You could try restarting it by going to settings (top right button labelled •••) > Gameplay > Getting Started

Otherwise, try selecting a different server in the launcher window before you click play.
