Help Finding a Building

I was browsing Google image search when I stumbled across this building, the link took me to a forum and nothing was mentioned about it. I would love to have it in my city but I can't find it anywhere. If someone could help me locate it I would be very grateful.

If you find it, make sure you post your results so others (like me :) ) can also download it.
