SimCity Graphic Issue Due To Patch?

Hey guys,

 

I'm having issues with SimCity (surprise surprise). I've never had this problem before so I'm hoping somebody could help. My PC is fairly new, around 6 months old, so I don't think it is a problem on my end. I've posted a pic for everybody to see, as I was having trouble explaining it. Kind of looks like a 3D film before you put on the glasses. Any help is much appreciated.

Actually, you might be right.  Check your graphics settings and make sure you don't have anything like "3D Anaglyph" enabled.  Some games these days have that option.

 

EDIT: confirmed.  I grabbed a pair of red-blue 3D glasses I keep laying around for no good reason.  You have the 3D-view option enabled.  If you don't mind a splitting headache and messed up colors, it looks pretty cool in 3D.

Thank you for the advice. 

 

I went to the Geforce forums and found out how to switch off the 3D Mode. Looks like a few other people have found their 3D Mode being switched on without them doing so as well.

I turned the 3d mode on since I got the game, and looks fantastic. 

 

There are some games tbh, that 3D just complements them. CIV 5 is another one.
