Unable to Load City Error

EA why cant I access my cities? They both give this error????? I want a refund!

This is an annoying and under-rated problem, I know

try to load the city again, and again, and again some more, It works for me. (Most of the time).

Also, have you tried going into different servers, (I am about to try that now) 

 

 

Did you use the server it reccomended to you, I experienced these issues because I was on the West Europe 6 server , and not the Asia server, which it reccomended to me

Currently there has just been a new patch dispatch. (Build-version: 260901320)

 

Servers might be migrating or just under extra load now that everyone is checking out the new patch.

 

A second possibility is that they are still working on patching up the servers to the latest build-version in case they do their tests in production (which it has seemed so far)
