You have to shake the charity tin to be able to afford an air ambulance service, at least here in the UK it is like that.

i posted about this a few days ago....should have the option to add a medivac choper to the hospital....they are way more common then fire service chopers

In my country, there aren't actually fire-service-choppers as far as I know it. Some airplanes to check nature-fire-hazard but that is all. We got 4, as we call it "lifeliners" (medical choppers) here and around 4 more for backup or training. So I do not get why they aren't in the game...Police chopper is lucky. We got quite a lot here...And different kinds...All from Schiphol.

Well, fire helicopters are pretty common here in Australia but just for bushfires, not building fires. All major hospitals have heli-pads here too, yet there are very few police choppers. So I agree that the hospitals should have helicopters more than the fire stations should.
