Plot Sizes / Footprints

Does anyone have any info on plot size / footprints for for the many service & industry buildings including their upgrades?

R & C needs a square of 96x96 meters at the most. I is weird because it needs two of these blocks at high density. But generally, things either need a depth of 96 meters or -- if it's something like a recycling plant or a consumer electronics plant --  a little less than 192 meters (which is the space between avenue guides or the length of 2 narrow tree parks). 

 

You can always hop into sandbox mode and do a test plop to pre-plan your real city.
