Flying vehicles?

Can someone maybe make flying vehicles? hehehe. Or at least cars that have the illusion of flying (like the bottom part is transparent or something) I want to make a VERY futuristic city one of these days and the flying vehicles are a must. I already saw the list of some fitting buildings but the current cars are not appropriate.

 

With this thought, I wish someday we can have complete sets for themes like:

- medieval or renaissance (i guess horses as transportation is needed hehe)

- victorian period (with their horse-drawn carriages)

- pirate island

 

and one last crazy thought:

- Avatar theme!  LOL

For such requests, there's a thread called If people would start a new thread for their requests there would be thousands of those and the actual BAT threads would be pushed into the back.

As for flying cars I am not sure if that is possible but I have the idea that you could make models of them and build them on a simple 1X1 transparent lot.

I'm not even sure if that would be a BAT request - I guess it depends on whether the vehicles would be static BATs or actual, moving automata. I have no idea if automata could be modded with a vertical offset to make them float through the air. In the case of automata, your request would be a modding request and should best be posted in the corresping thread in the Modding - Open Discussion section.

Before we see flying vehicles I want helicopter taxis/busses.  I asked for that as my dream mod ages ago.  Helicopter landing pads acting like buss stops and functioning helicopters taking off and landing at helicopter buss/taxi stations.  LOL

Btw the way, the easiest way of doing this would be a car without any shadows to create the illusion of flying cars. I don't remember eyatly, but I can think of some boats which seemed to fly just because there missing shadows, however iI don't know if they were props or not
