Can anyone tell me where to get commercial stage 10 camelots?

 

A box has appeared on my city saying medium wealth commercial building "DusitDuabi" stage 10.How do I get that box to disappear and a building to appear?

As of the box, it means you're missing something called a "dependency"... It means that you need to download something else to make the box disappear.

And I also advise you read the documentation, because it'll typically have the links for what you need to download as a dependency.
