I call this mod the start over mod. It allows you to start over a city without losing money!

 

 Okay, I'll use my city, Eastwinn (no offense Eastwinn!) as an example.

Urg, I can't get this onto STEX! It downloads, then it says it succesfully completed, but it won't show up! Help?
