Is there an official place to submit bug reports?

I'm not sure what they did in QA, or in the private beta's they ran.

 

In any case is there an official place to submit bugs?  Maxis may not give us all that we want, but they do seem to try and fix the bugs as fast as they can...

 

1. When I shut down some garages at my bus station(say buses) my count stays high, and the buses still stay on the road.

 

2. When I restarted my tram, no trains appeared.  I had to add a garage so that gave me 2 trams, but my total tram count was off.

 

3.  I have two recycling depot's I shut one down and yet the trucks still dump recycling stuff into that.
