Missing park textures?

Hey guys, does anyone know if there's a fix for those weird looking park textures like on the right side of this pic? I sure hope that's not intentional... Thanks in advance!

Actually, this is normal. No, I don't like these park textures either, but this is intentional.

I thought this was an issue as well like missing textures or something, can't believe its intentional they are horrible, I never place these parks lol. Also having to place parks next to a road is extremely irritating. I miss the freedom that mods bring to parks like in SC4 I keep wanting to build a custom trail park!
