Looks like Ea didn't anticipate demand. They better fix all the bugs and gameplay issues as right now the game while fun at times is equally frustrating.

 

This is just US, PC gaming is bigger in europe and these do not count digital sales, so it did very well for a game that usually has good legs and sells well over time. Hope that means they will fix it and support it properly.

The irony here is that EA may well have brought in the cash they desperartly needed, but in the long term they have cost themselves millions more in potential sales for rushing out an incomplete game.

 

Sadly this will probabbly mean they wont want to continue to develop the game into what potentially could be something amazing.
