Profane Region Names?

Can everyone see my Region name even if I'm in private mode with sandbox mode?  Can anyone just pop in and look at my city?

Only EA, unless there's been specific changes in that regard from closed dev beta onwards, I can't imagine them allocating resources to even bother with that kind of inspections though, and it would be completely irrelevant either way. I wouldn't worry about it.

Since that was easy to answer I have another... Is there a way to start an individual city over after you have messed it up?  Say you have a nice region going and youre on your 4 city.  Then you do something stupid and want to start over.  With the AlwaysOnline DRM can I revert my game?

If you want to start that same city from scratch immediately then you'll have to bulldoze the entire city (try to save up some money before you do this, though, so you have a nice little nest egg to begin your city with). Plant tress (not parks) over ground pollution and replace them when they die a few times (after two or three days your ground pollution will be gone). The homeless folk will have left your town by then too. Now you have a blank slate with which to try again.
