"These files should be loaded after the NAM and especially after the RealHighway Mod."

Based on that sentence in the file description, I would have to say "no".  If something was included with the NAM, there would be no need for loading it after the NAM loads.   ;)

For the record...

Yes, it's standard with the NAM.

If anything in the NAM still needs to load after the main NAM, it'll be placed in a folder called z___NAM. (Yes, we've effectively changed everything.)

So basically the file he linked to is part of NAM 31 now?  Was it part of NAM 30 as well?  This file was release prior to NAM31, but if it was already included in NAM 30, then why the need for a separate download which specifically states it needs to be loaded after the NAM?  I'm confused.

As Ganaram pointed out, it is loaded after the main part of the NAM.  A lot of effort went into this design.  Trust us, it works.

It's not a matter of trusting whether it works or not.  I just feel like an idiot for telling the OP one thing, only to be contradicted by a member of the NAM team.  In my mind, if something is already part of the NAM, then how do you make it load after the NAM itself?  It just confused me.  But I guess you've answered my question.  Thanks.

What we do with all overrides: place them in a separate folder. The main NAM folder is called "Network Addon Mod" and the overrides folder is called "z___NAM". The latter one is loaded last, and not only the arrows are stored there, but also the MHW Override and Euro Textures...

Okay, I see what you mean.  Thanks!
