Problems with city lights (?)

Hello everyone

 

I'm having some problems with my game recently. I don't know how to describe it in words so please check the below image

 

I don't know why but the 2 cities Vienna and Springview still show lights on their buildings. This already happened long ago, but it wasn't exactly a problem then since I can still access and play those 2 cities as ussual. But just a while ago I downloaded the new 2013 Plugin Pack (link here http://oldshoes.ca/simcity-4 ), after that I can't acess those 2 cities anymore (but the other cities are possible). When I clicked on the them it showed the loading screen and then the city, but only in 1 second and then crash to the desktop. I guess it could be the problem with my recently added plugins but I don't know which one of it conflicts with the game ?

And it only caused problems with those 2 cities. The others are perfectly fine and can be played with no problems.

My game is version Europe, 638. Before I downloaded the Pack the only dependencies I had was the NAM 30.

 

Please assist me with this problem.

The problem is quite clear, sir, you cannot simply download and put something "unknown" to your plugins. The pack includes a third party contents that should not just simply be put inside your plugins and play with it in your existing cities. Remove all the files that you have downloaded outside your plugins, besides the one you already have, of course. That will solve your problem.

Or, you can read the by Noony Moose to check what plugins cause the CTD if you wish to keep the other files within your plugins.

I should like to suggest that there is no such authorized item as a 2013 plugin pack.  You should stick to the known sites.  And do a virus scan soon.

Thank you for your help, I removed the plugins and it works fine now
