We all knew they would, expect a lot more DLC in the future. Either way if they don't fix the city size the DLC wont matter much. I can't see having any of those model packs in such a small city as it is now, there's just no room to customize an area. They should be priced at $5 each or $10 for all 3, not $30 for 3, half the value of the entire game for 3 model packs....... crazy.

As long as the quality and quantity of the content matches the price I don't see a problem with it. It is much better than getting nothing...and of course if they are going to work on something they are going to charge you for it.

It seems like the last link is the best deal.  You get two expansions for $14,99 versus $9.99 each.  Still is pretty cheesy I think...after all these launch day problems should get all 3 expansions for free upgrade.
