Argh! Thats a view FROM the Hotel. I misunderstood the caption!

In that case, a bit of research turns up that this building is called Las Bóvedas (not sure about the O, my browser doesn't display it unless I babelfish the site to English, so it mught be wrong). It used to be a barracks but is now a gift shop/market for the tourists.
