Anyone notice that the new street design is for UK even though the traffic follows US/Europe convention. Is there a fix for this back to standard US/Europe convention?

Go to: NetworkAddonMod, then double click on Modfiles. There should be a folder inside that called LEFT_HAND_VERSIONS_ONLY_Additional_Plugin_Files . If you delete this folder, I believe that it will change the design back to US/European.

By the way, is there a version of NAM that works with the Basic version of SC4? I don't intend to buy the Rush Hour expansion, muchless buy the Deluxe SC version.

I had downloaded the Oct 2005 NAM because it said it was for SC4/RH. I took that to mean it worked in basic SC4.

When I read the directions, it said I needed Deluxe or RH.

I just want to have 4 lane roads (2 lanes in one direction plus a median then 2 lanes in the other). The majority of roads are like that where I live.

YOu really should get Rush Hour or Deluxe when it comes out...it increases game performance substantially over the base SC4.

I was rather trying to avoid buying RH. I paid 40 for the game, I don't want to spend more just for some extras. I get the feeling that Maxis came up with the idea for SC4 and RH as one product, then some marketing person there suggested breaking the two up and selling them separately.

Anyway, as I down't want RH, I just want to know is there a version of NAM that works for SC4 only.

Unfortunately, almost everything on STEX works only if Rush Hour is installed. I don't know if there is a pre-rush hour version of NAM. You'd have to ask the creator of it for that information.
