New Computer, Lost My Copy

    I had a purchased digital copy of CitiesXL2011, but then I got a new computer and I don't know how I can redownload a new copy of the game. I went onto the developer's website and it didn't give any options to redownload if you've already purchased. Is it lost to me forever now? Or is there someway I can get a new digital copy?

    If you still have your email where they gave you the information to download the game, then you can use that. If not, you are So Out of Luck.
