Elevated rail bridge not aligning with track

I have a problem when building elevated rail bridges. As you can see in the picture (I have attached it, but you can also find it here https://www.dropbox.com/s/vzov0xa5tn4319w/screen%20sc4.jpg) the track doesn't meet the bridge.

Though it's only a graphical problem (as you can see, people do use it) I would very much like to have this fixed, i've tried it with some terraforming, but that's not working.

I'm playin the deluxe version from steam, with the following mods/add-ons:

    https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/19188-realhighway-mod-for-windows/

    https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23827-network-widening-mod-windows/

    https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/26586-railway-addon-mod-ram-single-track-rail-str-for-windows/

    https://community.simtropolis.com/files/download/21342-opera-house-fix/

    I'm on windows 7x64, i7-2600k, nvidia 560, 12GB of RAM

    Any help will be appricated

Edit:When listing the mods, i thought it might have to do with the bridge-height-mod so i tried without it, didn't make a difference

Its not a bug. This is the high elevated rail bridge that comes with the NAM. Rebuild it. make sure you pick the right bridge theres also a ground light rail bridge that uses elevated rail.

You must use a transition piece (from 15m height to 30m height) that comes with the NAM. You can see the piece in this picture

Yeah you used the double height elevated rail bridge. Make sure you look carefully at which type of bridge you want to construct.
