Road connection to avenue

I recently reinstalled Simcity 4 and Rush Hour on my computer and now when I connect a road to an avenue at 90 degrees it always prompts me to build a stoplight to go to both sides of the road when I only want it coming off one side of the avenue (no stoplight). It does work perfectly fine with one way roads. I never had problem before when I had game installed. This is probably an easy solution but I appreciate your guys help.

After the re-install, did you get the game patch? I don't remember if this was addressed in the patch, but maybe...?

That did the trick! Thanks, ya I remember I installed the rush hour patch after re-installing but I guess that was not included in it. I greatly appreciate your help, Thanks!
