Sim City Suggestions

Hi, I was wondering with a new sim city coming out and most people will direct their attention to that, does it mean that some sim city games might be selling for free? Also a year back in the start of 2012, I went to every store that sold games and they never had Simcity 4 it was only buyable online but it was a download.. I don't favor getting downloads because if my computer brakes or gets hacked I will probally loose download and never get it again. The point is: will sim city 5 only be available online? Or in stores aswell.

If you were to buy SimCity 4 Deluxe on Steam you would be able to redownload it over and over again as long as you can remember your steam account details. I'm not sure what you mean by "does it mean that some sim city games might be selling for free?"

As of yesterday (January 9, 2013) SC2013 was available on Amazon for $59.96 American dollars. Didn't notice if it was download or DVD since I'm not buying.

EDIT: It is a DVD-ROM for $59.96 to be released March 5, 2013.

Thanks and I meant If some games will be free as in simcity 5(2013) will be a big hit probally will games like sim city 3000 be free and free downloads of the sim city games.
