Diagonal highway/avenue perpendicular overpass - No traffic!

So I had this city with no highways with commute problems. I've now added a decent highway system connection neighbouring cities and major suburbs within my city. Now, most of my highway is being used well, which is great - except for one section which composes of a diagonal highway with avenue underpass ramps. As shown in the pic, no one seems to be able to use it. I'm running the deluxe version so when I took control of a car and attempted to go through this section, the car disappeared when I reached the beginning of the puzzle piece. This only happens when it's diagonal - if I change it to a straight section, it works fine, though a diagonal section is better suited for this area, so really want to use that instead of switching to a straight section.

I'm using the latest LHD NAM and am not using the real highway mod.

Any ideas on what could be the issue?

Ah nevermind, works now! A manual installation of the NAM April 2012 hotfix fixed it. Self-installer doesn't work for me for some reason.

Since you've now done a manual installation, you might want to delete the files that the installer put onto the root of C:\.

It's a bug in the installer that causes this to happen.
