Rural airfield tips needed

Good day, ladies and gentlemen.

Currently I'm working on a small tropical volcanic island with big fancy resort. A transport to the island is planned to be provided by small propeller planes, so there is a need to build small airfield. To be realistic it has to have grassy runway. And that's the first problem. Only grassy runway I've found is a custom UDI rural airfield included in RMIP vol 2. pack. It's not bad really, but I'd like to make it myself. So do you know of some usable grassy lots which are UDI enabled, so they can by used as "runways" and "taxiways" at such airfield? Than I need a grassy lot which will generate UDI in-game sky diving plane. And finally some good looking skin for that sky diving plane. For example Cessna Caravan or something like that which is slightly bigger than the in-game original.

I was looking at simtropolis and sc4devotion but I wasn't successful. So if you know about what I would like to acquire and tell me, I'll be very grateful.

So far the only one I found aswell , I could use one too .

not so much grassy, but if you search for MTP (airfield/landing strip/air base...etc), you'll find some rural looking airfields. If you're handy with LE you can change the base texture on them to.

Don't expect working Sims to arrive and depart by air. Airports, except for cap relief of commercial zones, are eye candy. If you have an island economy that can only be reached by air or water, you will need an inter-island ferry service.

No, I don't expect the Sims commuting by plane to work and back, I plan the ferry terminal for this purpose. Thanks for the tips about MTP airfields, but these are not grassy or are not modular. Maybe I will be forced to use them though...
