I need help with these parks. Missing dependency?

Hi, im having trouble with these parks.

They're from a japanese site and I think im missing a dependency or something because this is what im getting when I plop them

See, no gray pathways. Im thinking this is a long shot since the bats are japanese the dependency probably is too.

This question comes up every now and then for this set. What it needs is NOB's (whose site has been gone for a while) F_Texture file. However, there are several versions of that file around, and I don't remember if the correct one was ever found. If I manage to find it, I'll post a link.
