Can't copy file

Hi, im trying to copy a file into my plugins folder but my computer won't let me it keeps telling me there's an error keeping me from copying the file and it gives me this code. Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error. Now, I dont know if it's a computer thing or if there's some problem with the file or something else. Any help?

"access is denied", you might need Administrator privileges to copy to that folder.

• What file you are trying to copy
  
• Have you had this problem before, if yes how long for
