Need a new HTML editor

Okay, I'm quite fed up with Dreamweaver now. I won't get into details why, but I'm not going to continue using it.

I need suggestions on what to replace it with. I use it to perform mostly simple HTML tasks, so I don't need anything terribly complicated.

Any advice is appreciated. :)

*Edit: I should mention I prefer an editor that allows you to switch between WYSIWYG and code views.

If you want a WYSIWYG editor, try Mozilla Kompozer. I've been using it for quite some time. If you want a really fancy one with the ability to call your browser instead of being direct, try Bluefish.
