Constangeles Metro Area

So due to my log in problems i start here a New CJ. I've reworked many parts of my capital city: Constangeles.

It has 4 large districts: Mamaia Beach the center for business and seaside tourism, Tomis the old city, Modern Bay a cosy suburb type district and Boreal a dirty indutrial district.

 

Mamaia Beach reached over 120.000 people. So I'll take a break from developing it cause i need some more residential towers to avoid repetitive buildings. (I've blocked all maxis). Now I'm focusing on TOMIS and it's nature scenes. (Tomis is partially surrounded by steppy hills with dense woods).

 

Tomis reached almost 20.000 (evry district is on large city tile).

 

There is one highway H1 that goes through Doreal,tomis and Mamaia, and in each district has an interchange.

 

Here is Tomis Interchange soon after it was finished (not an artwork but more infrastructure development)

 

The central station with the park and some old buildings and of course a green track.

I have a small problem with the agriculture bar so untill it's solved what should I do? There's a small poll, please vote.

The old city has a large pedestrian avenue with many historic buildigs.

Nice CJ, but that no car zot make it become less beautiful. However, the rest of the city is nice, in my opinion.

I say plant new woodlands. Woodland areas and green belts add a lot to a city, especially if they are in-between developed areas (hence, I'd say you should invest in everything, but that isn't an option so I picked woodlands ).
