New Install. Plugins Problem

Hey everyone...I have a serious problem. Years ago I had Sim City 4: Rush Hour installed in my computer, and it had a lot of plugins installed and a lot of buildings downloaded. But another person was the one who downloaded all the plugins and played the game regularly. The game was uninstalled years ago, but now I installed it again. The problem is when I play, a lot of brown boxes appear, and I dont know if the plugins are still on the computer. Is there a way to fix this? or is there a way to start(reinstall) again the game from scratch, without the plugins, only with the regular buildings that the game has and then download plugins??

If you re-installed Rush Hour or Deluxe, it sounds like you might be playing cities that had been developed previously - saving cities is an option when uninstalling - but the original Plugins are missing - they're not saved. Do you know if these cities/regions are the ones that come with the game? If you're not interested in saving these regions, you can remove all the folders from the My Documents/SimCity 4/Regions folder (or move them somewhere else if you want to keep them). The next time you start the game, it will load fresh, default regions (without developed cities) into that folder.

Another alternative would be to search your computer for files with the names of the buildings with the boxes. Perhaps the Plugins were saved somewhere else.
