Brown boxes from flag issues

Hey peeps....this issue is driving me crazy as it is the only problem I have with the game. Any lot that has a flag on it has a brown box (and shows that a "Hong kong" flag is the missing prop). Most of these lots are by JBSimio. I have the one nation many flags and day of peace downloads but I'm still getting brown boxes. So....my question is this: Is there something else I have to do in addition to downloading the above 2 mentioned files in order to get the flags to not be a brown box and be a US flag or should just having the downloads automatically do that?

You probably need to download this plugin if you want the Hong Kong Flag

Thanks Katty, Now at least I have the Hong Kong flag instead of the brown boxes.

Out of curiousity, do you have Bixel's HKSAS Primary School? That has a "Hong Kong OFMN Prop.dat" file which I think is causing this.
