Can't click on buildings - Mouse cursor just stays round

I've recently started playing Simcity 4 again, and I distinctively remember clicking on buildings and settings their finances.

But after I installed some plugins the mouse cursor is just round all the time. Can't click on anything on the map.

Can anyone help?

EDIT: NEVERMIND! Stupid, stupid. Forgot you have to check the question mark thingie before clicking on hospitals and stuff.

You should have a quick scan though the manual and save yourself some mousing around. You can use the slash (/) character to turn on the query operator and save the mouse motion.
