Few Questions Concerning SimCity(2013)

I wanted to know if you are going to make Sim City(2013)aka Sim City 5 3D? I mean will we be able to zoom into 3D from Bird's Eye of the after we create our city? I also wanted to know if you were going to allow us to continue IDU Mission and see the city close-up? That is, when your driving your car or truck, you can see the building zoom past by you as you drive through the city. I know it's a weird question to ask I was just wondering ok. My final ? is this. what new things are you going to have in Sim City(2013)aka SC5? No matter what you do for the game, I know I'll enjoy it very much!

Also if you look up reviews from the last Gamescom, SimCity was expo'd there.
