CXL 2012 upgrade issues

    I downloaded the CXL 2012 upgrade today and started a city. It has gotten to about 50,000 without any problems and is making some money.

    The issues are:

    1. 2011 cities are not showing.

    2. Industry and offices will not grow. The game says they have resource issures.

    3. No utilities available.

    When I click the 2011 link the game says 2012 is loading but my 2011 game shows up with the old cities. Industries and offices still won't grow.

    Any help will be very appreciated :)
