Sudden drop in commerce desirability

after downloading new building's from here in all of my cities I have been experiencing a sudden drop in desirability for all my commerce.....the city is doing fine then all of a sudden all my commerce abandons the buildings and the map turns red wherever there is a commercial zone placed is there a fix for this I really don't feel like removin building's from the game one by one till it work's again.

Sounds like you've downloaded a badly modded BAT, the only fix is to get rid of it. You don't need to take each file out individually till you find the culprit though. Take note of what buildings grow, then by trial and error one of those buildings must have caused the drop in desirability, additionally is it something inadvertently creating to much garbage or radiation?
